Pempho is a licensed legal practitioner, a notary public, a mediator and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. His previous roles have included Head of Legal for MPICO and Group Company Secretary for Auction Holdings Limited and since 1993 he has run the legal firm Likongwe and Company. Pempho has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Henley Management College and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Bristol.
