Metrina is an experienced Banker having worked in the Banking industry for over eleven years. She has worked extensively in the risk management field before joining the Bank having worked as an Operational Risk Analyst at Ecobank Malawi Limited and later on moved to NBS Bank where she joined as an Operational Risk Analyst before being promoted to Risk Manager. She then joined Nedbank as Head of Enterprise-Wide Risk Management before joining MyBucks. Her job also involves monitoring compliance risk.

Metrina holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree which she obtained from the University of Malawi and is currently studying towards a Masters of Business Administration degree with the University of South Wales.
