Ms. Chifundo Ngoma serves as the Head of Operations, overseeing all operational processes at the bank, including Clearing, Central Processing Centre, Operations Rigour/routine control, Cash Processing Centre, and Archiving.

She joined the Bank as an Operations Manager in 2015 before rising to her previous role as a Senior Operations Manager. Her extensive experience includes previous roles at Opportunity Bank, where she served as an Enterprise Risk Manager, an Operational Risk Manager, and a Compliance Manager.

She holds an MBA from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS), formerly known as the University of Malawi, Polytechnic.
