Beatrix Mosiwa is the Acting Managing Director of Centenary Bank Malawi. She brings over 25 years of experience spanning financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and audit, with expertise in general management, financial reporting, strategic management, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to her appointment as Acting Managing Director, she served as Deputy Managing Director of the Bank. She joined Centenary Bank from CDH Investment Bank, where she was Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for Finance, Operations, ICT, and Credit. Her distinguished career also includes senior leadership roles at Nedbank (Malawi) Limited, Dulux Limited, Carlsberg Group, Malawi Telecommunications Limited, and KPMG.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM), Beatrix holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. She is also an alumna of the British Chevening Scholarship Programme.

As Acting Managing Director, she provides strategic leadership to the Bank, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery while advancing Centenary Bank’s mission of transforming lives through inclusive financial services.
