Terms & conditions of loan
- Loan amount must be maximum 60% of collateral valuation by Bank approved valuers.
- Collateralized by property with title documentation
- Minimum of three months original bank statements with bank stamps (no Mini statements)
- Applicants are required to have a Centenary Bank Limited account for at least 3 months
- Loan amount can be above MWK100,000,000
