Business Overdraft Facility
The loan product is for sole proprietors, Small & Medium Entrepreneurs and corporate customers in bridging their financial gap, when need arises. A borrower must have had an account with the Bank for at least three months.
Terms & conditions of loan
- Applicants are required to have a Centenary Bank Limited account for at least 3 months
- Mandatory credit life insurance.
- Loan amount must be maximum 60% of collateral valuation by Bank approved valuers.
- Maximum tenor is 12 months.
How to apply
- Debtors Age Analysis.
- Projected cash flows.
- Credit reference bureau report.
- Latest management accounts from the business.
- Minimum of three months’ original bank statements (Bank stamp to be on the bank statement, validity is important). The bank does not accept mini statements.
