Ndindase Mhango was appointed Head of Credit in June 2025.

She has extensive experience in credit management and risk oversight. Prior to joining Centenary Bank, she served as Group Credit Manager at FMB Capital Holdings (FMBCH), where she managed Wholesale Credit Risk across the group in underwriting, monitoring, and governance. Before that, she held various roles at NBS Bank, concluding her tenure there as Credit Manager – SME.

Ndindase holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Leadership at the Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST).

She leads the Bank’s credit function in line with Centenary Bank’s mission to deliver inclusive, convenient, simplified, and sustainable financial solutions.
